Delete your CaloDash account

You can ask us to delete your CaloDash account and the data that goes with it at any time.

How to do it

1. Email info@findyournet.com from the email address on your account, with the subject Delete my CaloDash account.
2. We reply to confirm it is your account, then delete it.

What is deleted

• Your username, email address and password
• What you log: food, workouts, body measurements, sleep, goals and notes
• Data from wearables you choose to connect, such as Fitbit, Oura, Whoop or Withings
• Photos you add, and messages with trainers
• Your phone's push notification token

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Records we must keep by law, such as invoices for payments, are kept for as long as the law requires and are then deleted. Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription; cancel it in your phone's subscription settings.
