Delete your PingBots account

You can ask us to delete your PingBots account and the data that goes with it at any time.

How to do it

1. Email info@findyournet.com from the email address on your account, with the subject Delete my PingBots account.
2. We reply to confirm it is your account, then delete it.

What is deleted

• Your email address and password
• The bots you create, their names and sounds, and when each one was called
• Your phone's push notification token, so alerts reach it

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Records we must keep by law, such as invoices for payments, are kept for as long as the law requires and are then deleted. Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription; cancel it in your phone's subscription settings.
