Delete your Transaction Tracker account

You can ask us to delete your Transaction Tracker account and the data that goes with it at any time.

How to do it

1. Email info@findyournet.com from the email address on your account, with the subject Delete my Transaction Tracker account.
2. We reply to confirm it is your account, then delete it.

What is deleted

• Your name, email address and password, or your Google or Apple sign-in
• Transactions and balances from the bank accounts you connect through Plaid. We never receive your bank password
• Tags, rules and imports you add
• Your phone's push notification token

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Records we must keep by law, such as invoices for payments, are kept for as long as the law requires and are then deleted.
