Which menu items each employee sees. This is the page that makes two people's admins look different, so it is the first place to check when somebody says a page has disappeared. Three states: shown, hidden by a rule but still reachable, and not rendered at all. A new employee sees everything until you set them up, which is worth doing the day you add them.
