The Rating column

The stars on each review, and where the rating on your listing comes from. It is an average of what is approved, so approving one poor review among many good ones moves it very little, and approving nothing leaves you with no rating at all. A listing with no rating tends to be passed over faster than one with a good average and an occasional complaint.
