The three numbers on your dashboard

Active Listings is how many directory entries you have live, and for most businesses that is one. Total Reviews counts approved reviews only, so a review waiting for you shows on the Reviews page and not here. Listing Views is how many times somebody opened your listing, which is the closest thing to a measure of whether the directory is working for you. A flat week is not a fault, it is what a listing nobody has been pointed at looks like.
