Adding a promotion

A discount on a service, with a type, an amount and optional start and end dates. Leave the dates blank for something ongoing and fill them in for anything seasonal, because an expired promotion nobody remembered to remove is the most common way a business gives away money. A discount shown to everybody is an advert; use it as one.
