Cancelling one date

For a class that is not running this once: weather, illness, a hall double-booked. Cancel this date and it stops accepting bookings and shows the reason you type on your booking page. Write the reason for somebody who was planning to come rather than for your records, because that is who reads it. The class itself carries on as normal next time.
