Mark as not running

The difference between this and cancelling a date is permanence. Cancel one date and next week is unaffected; mark a class as not running and it stops appearing until you say otherwise. Use it for a term break or a class you are pausing. Retiring the service entirely is done on the Services page, and is what you want if it is not coming back.
