Ticking who was here

Everybody booked onto the class, with a tick each. Ticking somebody present is what draws down a package, so this is not just a register: it is the moment a class gets paid for. Somebody who booked and did not come stays unticked, and their package is untouched. If a name is missing they were not booked, and Add a Client puts them on.
