Adding a client by hand

For somebody who booked by phone, walked in, or was passed to you by another instructor. Add them and they behave exactly like a client who booked online: you can take payment against them, put them on a roster and see their balance. It sends them nothing, so if you want them to know they are on your books you have to tell them.
