Archiving a client

Archive takes somebody off the working list and keeps everything about them: their bookings, their payments, their balance. Use it for a client who has stopped coming rather than deleting them, because their history is what tells you they were here at all. A list of forty clients where six are current is a list you stop reading, and this is the fix for that.
