Clients

Everybody who has booked with you or been added by hand, with what they owe beside them. Three tabs split them by whether you have dealt with them yet. This is the page to open when somebody rings and you need their history before you answer. Adding a client here does not tell them anything; it is your record, not an invitation.

Everybody who has booked with you or been added by hand, with what they owe beside them. Three tabs. Somebody new lands in Pending and moves to Existing once you have dealt with them, so Pending is the one to check daily and the one that should usually be empty. The balance is what they owe you, or what they have in credit. It moves when you record a payment and when somebody is marked present at a class that costs money. Add a Client is for anybody who booked by phone or walked in. They then behave exactly like somebody who booked online. Adding a client tells them nothing. It is your record, not an invitation.
