Pending, Existing and All clients

A client arrives in Pending when they book for the first time, and moves to Existing once you have accepted or dealt with them. All is both. The split exists so a new name does not get lost in a long list, so Pending is the one to check daily and the one that should usually be empty. If somebody is in the wrong tab it is because of what has happened to their booking, not because of anything set here.
